WA STATE PASSED A NEW LAW FRIDAY (25 Mar 2011)

SB5005 was passed into Washington state law Friday, 25 March 2011.  

What does this law entail?  Anyone who wishes to have their children exempt from vaccines or even wishing to stagger the vaccination schedule are MANDATED BY LAW to have a physicians signature for the exemption.  It takes effect within 90 days of it's passing...  so essentially by 25 June 2011. 

There is still the religious exemptions, but ONLY if the parent can demonstrate membership in a religious body or church in which the religious beliefs or teachings preclude a health care practitioner from providing medical treatment to the child.

Even the supporters of this law stated at the House Health Care and Wellness Committee on March 9th that 95% of WA state's population are FULLY vaccinated!  That's not taking into account those parents who chose to stagger the vaccines as opposed to getting them according to the schedule.  So the supporters estimated 5% figure of those not vaccinating is also incorrect.  It's much, much lower than that... 

Those who choose not to vaccinate or who choose to stagger vaccines instead of following the schedule are not part of a cult.  Most of us are an educated lot - many with advanced college degrees - who have taken the time to do our research.  We do not choose to avoid them for a matter of "convenience" as the supporters of vaccines would have you believe.  

Arguably, those who vaccinate their children without doing their research are the ones who put their children at risk.  You'll believe whatever the government and doctor's hand out to you in a little pamphlet.  (But have any of you noticed how many recalls have been made regarding FDA approved medications lately?)  How many of you that vaccinate have actually visited the Center for Disease Control (CDC.gov) web site to view the listing of ingredients?  How many of you know about the thimerosal (aka mercury and, yes, it's still in there!), formaldehyde, aluminum, monkey kidney tissue, bovine cells, etc that make up many of those vaccines you have injected into your child?  

I'm not making this up!  Go educate yourselves!!   

Right now your child, from kindergarten until high school graduation, will have 70 vaccines (most of them in multiple shots in one setting).  The pharmaceutical companies have another 149 vaccines in the making.  Just add those to the 70 your child will already have had... and with this law in place, there's not a thing you can do to stop them!

Can you sue the pharmaceutical maker if your child has an adverse reaction?  Nope.  Why not?  The U.S. Supreme Court Third Circuit took that right away from you in Oct 2010 with the ruling of Bruesewitz v Wyeth LLC and yet in the same exact ruling they clearly stated that vaccines were an "avoidably unsafe product"! 

Washington state wants to take away our rights, as parents, to make decisions for our children.  

Sure, you can go to a physician and ask for their signature for the personal exemption, right?  Sounds easy enough until you ask for one.  There's absolutely nothing in this law that forces them to sign that document.  What if that doctor doesn't share the same religious beliefs as you?  Under this law, it won't matter 'cuz it's their opinion against yours and theirs will be essentially the only one that counts.  

There's also nothing in this law to prevent the doctor from calling Child Protective Services on you (for allegedly neglecting the health of your child) should you walk out of his office without the signature or the vaccines.  Care to be under investigation?  Make no mistake, it WILL happen.  

This law is a slippery slope which can and will roll into additional laws being imposed upon the masses and their very private lives.  One's that will give the states the right to choose all parenting methods used within the privacy of your own household, but without the parents input on the matter.  Are you prepared for this invasion?
